Happy Man Bitters – Miss Upper East Ghana 2023: Registration Opens for The Grand Beauty and Cultural Pageant (How To Register)

The highly anticipated 6th Edition of the Happy Man Bitters – Miss Upper East Ghana beauty and cultural pageant is back, with registration now open for aspiring contestants. Founded by Ayelbis Events and proudly sponsored by Happy Man Bitters, this prestigious event offers an opportunity for young women in the Upper East region to showcase their beauty, intelligence, and cultural heritage while competing for the grand prize.

The official announcement was made on July 17, 2023, on the pageant’s official Facebook page, inviting all beautiful, smart, and culturally endowed young women to download the Miss Upper East Ghana App on Google Play Store and fill out their audition forms. iOS users can register through the dedicated link provided. The registration period will run from July 17 to August 18, 2023.

This year’s pageant promises to be even more exciting as the organizers have unveiled a grand prize of a car for the winner of the 2023 edition. With this addition, the stakes are higher, and contestants are motivated to put their best foot forward in their journey to becoming the next Queen of Happy Man Bitters – Miss Upper East Ghana.

The reigning queen, Yintii Esther Yinlomah, known as Lomah, was crowned during the 2022 edition held in Bolgatanga. She not only won the coveted crown but also secured titles such as Top Model, Miss Popularity, and Miss Eloquent, solidifying her reign as a true queen.

The competition was fierce, with exceptional performances from the first runner-up, Lamisi, from the Bongo District, and the second runner-up, Zampokma, representing the Nabdam District. Lamisi impressed with her project on reducing maternal deaths in the Upper East Region and was crowned Miss Photogenic. Zampokma’s dedication to caring for people with disabilities earned her the title of Miss Tap Hotel, along with being an ambassador for the esteemed establishment.

The Happy Man Bitters – Miss Upper East Ghana pageant serves as a platform to educate and promote the cultural values and heritage of the region while empowering young women with essential life skills. Alongside the prestigious crown, the winners receive cash prizes and incentives to support their respective projects. Lomah received a cash prize of Ghc 12,000.00 for her project on road safety awareness, Lamisi received Ghc 7,000.00 for her project on reducing maternal deaths, and Zampokma was awarded a Table Top Fridge along with her ambassadorship.
