VGMA 2023: Amerado Wins Rap Performance Of The Year

Embattled Ghanaian rapper and songwriter, Amerado Burner has won the best rap performance of the year at the 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Nominees in the category included; Medikal – Scarface, Strongman – Goated, Amerado – Obiaa boa, Lyrical Joe – 5th August 6, and Teephlow – 6feet.

The 24th Awards Night was held at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Center on May 6, 2023.

Some of Ghana’s most sought-after artistes gave electrifying performances throughout the blissful night. King Promise, Gyakie, Black Sherif, DSL, Epixode, and Sarkodie, among others

Numerous awards were won by artistes like Stonebwoy, Camidoh, Lasmid, Black Sherif, Epixode, King Promise, Piesie Esther, Amerado Burner among others.
