NSS Rolls Out Monthly Evaluation Forms for Trained Teachers: Prompt Submission Crucial for Timely Payment
The NSS encourages all eligible personnel to submit their forms promptly to avoid any delays in payment.
The National Service Secretariat (NSS) has released the monthly evaluation forms for trained teachers who commenced their service in March 2024.
The forms cover both March and April.
Personnel are urged to download and complete their evaluation forms as soon as possible.
It should be noted that payment of allowances is contingent upon the submission of these forms.
How to Download Your Evaluation Form
1. Visit the NSS portal: https://portal.nss.gov.gh/sign-in
1. Log in using your credentials.
2. Select the “Evaluation Forms” tab on your dasboard
3. Select the appropriate months) and download the forms.
5. Print the forms or save them as a PDF for later
printing.
Once completed, personnel should submit the evaluation forms to their district offices as required.
