‘OFF GRID’ is a brainchild of Dr. Pushkin which follows a successful release of his Outlandish album earlier this year.
The event features highly-rated conscious artistes of his caliber.
Introducing the performing artistes for the night;
Kwadjo SPiRi is a conscious musician and record producer who was born in Ghana. He infuses his music with hip-hop-influenced elements of African folklore, tribal, and foreign elements. This mostly fits into a new style of music he calls “Afrihop.”

He experiments with a lot of sounds and rhythms as a dynamic music producer. This constant inner urge or impulse to stand out by creating new genres and providing customers with something always new and fresh is what gives him the edge to experiment. His goal with music is to make sounds with such a great deal of depth that they can bring about positive changes within, which will help people feel peaceful, move forward, and feel good.
He enjoys exploring indigenous African music in all of its forms because he believes that it is naturally spiritual and therapeutic. One example of his musical experimentation with indigenous African sounds is his album “Okwantuni (The Agondonter).”
He primarily shares his universe experiences as music content on a conscious personal journey toward self-awareness and discovery.
He has performed on numerous smaller and larger stages alongside numerous local and international artists. Additionally, he has performed alongside similar artists on the same stages. Global events like the Unity Day (U-Day) festival in Ethiopia, the Eco-Conscious Music Alliance Global Action Concert, and Uplift Connect’s Global Days of Unity are notable engagements or participations.
