Born in Kumasi Tafo, Ashanti Region, Abugbire completed his primary and junior high school education in Kumasi. His roots, however, trace back to Bolgatanga.

Abugbire attended Bolgatanga Senior High School and continued his studies at Bolgatanga Technical University, marking a significant chapter in his academic journey.
National Service:
After completing his studies, Abugbire served his National Service at Abuakwa Health Centre and Barekese Health Centre. The experience laid the foundation for his career in the health sector.
Family Transition:
A pivotal moment in Abugbire’s life was the passing of his mother, prompting him to return to Bolgatanga.
Career Beginnings:
Abugbire initiated his professional journey as a pump attendant at Shell Filling Station, located opposite the High Court in Bolgatanga, showcasing his dedication from the outset.

Over the years, Abugbire transitioned through various roles, including working as a driver at SOCODEVI and contributing to Yara Ghana. His career path led him to Charger Limited, the company behind Happy Man Bitters, where he excelled as a sales representative.
Current Role:
Abugbire currently serves as the Sales Rep Manager for the Upper East Region at Blow Chem Industry, particularly managing the sales of Bel Ice products.
Recognition:
As an indication of his hard work and dedication, Abugbire received an honor citation from the Upper East Youth Excellence Awards, acknowledging his significant contributions to the region, nominated for the Youth Leader Of The Year and Youth Entrepreneur Of The Year.
