Yinimaali Foundation Launches with Heartwarming Donation to Kusanaba Primary School

In a remarkable show of compassion and community spirit, Yinimaali Foundation, a newly formed NGO, marked its launch with a generous donation to the nursery and Fulani children of Kusanaba Primary School in the Upper East Region. On October 4, 2024, the foundation, led by founder Adongo Yinimi Deborah and co-founder Maalinuo Molly Dasoberi, made its first impact by providing essential educational supplies to students, as part of a broader mission to support underprivileged children.

The donation, which also served as a celebration of Adongo’s birthday, included uniforms, chalk, pens, pencils, dusters, exercise books, erasers, and sharpeners—items that will directly benefit around 100 students. The chalk and dusters were given to the school as a whole, indicating the foundation’s commitment to improving learning environments for both teachers and students.

In an exclusive conversation with media personality Gh Blinks, the founder, Adongo Yinimi Deborah, shared, “Our mission is to recognize the importance of bringing joy and comfort to kids and young mothers. We are dedicated to making their stay brighter, whether in hospital wards or in schools. This foundation is more than just a namesake; it’s a testament to the power of community and collective impact.”

Yinimaali Foundation: A Dream of Purpose and Impact

Yinimaali Foundation was born out of a shared passion between Adongo Yinimi Deborah and her best friend, Maalinuo Molly Dasoberi. The duo has long recognized the importance of bringing joy and comfort to children, especially those in hospital wards. Their mission is to support these young fighters, providing care, entertainment, and the sense of community they need during challenging times. Beyond hospitals, the foundation seeks to uplift underprivileged children in schools by providing resources that aid their learning and growth.

“Our dream is to make a difference in the lives of children, one smile at a time,” Adongo explained. “We believe in the power of community and kindness, and we’re inviting everyone who shares our vision to join us in this journey.”

The foundation’s launch at Kusanaba Primary marks just the beginning of their efforts to make a lasting impact in communities across the country. Through donations, outreach programs, and the support of volunteers, Yinimaali Foundation aims to ensure that every child has a good start in life, equipped with the resources and care they need to thrive.

With their sights set on expanding their reach and touching more lives, Yinimaali Foundation continues to call on kind-hearted individuals and partners to join their mission. The future looks bright for this burgeoning NGO as they work toward building a better tomorrow for the nation’s children.
