Ghanaian acts are making waves globally since the onset of the Shatta-Beyonce euphoria as Holland-based Ghanaian songstress, Nana Fofie has been signed by Nicki Minaj Into her new record label.
American rapper announced her record label recently during the latest episode of her ‘Queen Radio Show ‘.
“I’m not gonna announce the name but I have a record label now,” she revealed. “Because I believe so strongly in loyalty and because I spent my whole life giving you others that turned around and shit on me.”
The Queen Of Rap signed the Ghanaian singer as part of the nominees she already had, indicating that each one of them is unique on their own and will bring something different to the table.
Nicki Minaj started expressing her interest in having the Ghanaian singer on her label way back in 2019 when she posted a creative piece with her Megatron instrumental.
The singer through that masterpiece gained the attention of the American superstar and got her to admit that she couldn’t wait to have her on her label.
The other nominees include Jamaica’s Skeng, who was recently seen shooting a music video with Nicki during her Carnival vacation in her homeland, Bronx rapper London Hill, and Rico Danna.
