Jordan Ayew Confident He and Andre Have More to Give the Black Stars
In a recent interview, Ghanaian forward Jordan Ayew expressed his belief that he and his brother, Andre Ayew, still have more to offer the national team, known as the Black Stars. Despite their ages and extensive tenure with the team, Jordan Ayew remains confident in their ability to contribute effectively.
Both brothers currently hold the record for the most appearances for the Ghana national team among active players. Andre Ayew has represented Ghana 114 times, while Jordan Ayew has made 90 appearances. Despite being in their thirties, the duo has consistently performed for the team, rarely missing a match for several years.
However, their recent performances have drawn criticism, with some calling for their removal from the team to create opportunities for younger players. Nevertheless, Jordan Ayew believes that their age is inconsequential, emphasizing that they are still physically fit and capable of delivering quality performances for many more years to come.
