Winpiini Crowned Queen of the 7th Happy Man Bitters – Miss Upper East Ghana
The dazzling GNAT Hall in Bolgatanga came alive on December 30, 2024, as it hosted the grand finale of the 7th edition of the Happy Man Bitters Miss Upper East Ghana pageant. This iconic annual event brought together beauty, culture, and intellect in a competition that highlighted the diverse heritage of the Upper East Region.
At the heart of the celebration was Winpiini (Saiba Zulfatu), the vibrant representative from Bawkzua in the Bawku Municipal District, who emerged as the new queen. Her remarkable performance, cultural representation, and eloquence set her apart, earning her the prestigious crown amidst fierce competition.
The pageant’s climax was a fierce yet captivating showdown among eight talented finalists. Following a series of rounds that tested their intelligence, creativity, cultural pride, and stage presence, the final results were as follows:
- Winner (Winpiini – Saiba Zulfatu): Car prize and an all-expenses-paid trip to Accra.
- 1st Runner-Up (Afelie – Abunlog Selina Afelie): GH₵8,000 and a trip to Accra.
- 2nd Runner-Up (Akempu-usa – Atorigo Augustina Akempu-usa): GH₵5,000 and a trip to Accra.
- 3rd Runner-Up (Miss Asoze – Abugre Mahmudu Sakinatu): GH₵2,000.
- 4th Runner-Up (Miss Toateba – Toateba Deborah): GH₵2,000.
