Queen Asin-ma made donations to Niiri D/A primary school
The visit of the reigning Queen of Miss DUMBA, Asin-ma Jessica and her team to Niiri D/A primary school in the Nadowli-Kaleo district on August 18th was a part of her project. The school was reached through the partnership of Nambazing Timothy, a teacher at the school. The visit was a great pleasure for the pupils, who were motivated by the queen’s speech.
During her speech, the queen emphasized that the pupils could achieve their dreams without any limits, regardless of the setting they find themselves in. She also stressed the importance of taking studies seriously and avoiding negative social vices that could hinder their education and dreams.
In addition to her speech, the queen also made donations of learning materials to deserving students from class 1 to 6. These materials included school bags, books, pens, and pencils. The presence of the queen in such a rural community was remarkable, as she served as a role model for the young pupils and gave them hope for the future.
The donations made by the Queen and her team were greatly appreciated by the school and the community. The learning materials provided will go a long way in supporting the education of the students and improving their learning experience. Many of the students come from low-income backgrounds and may not have had access to these resources otherwise.
The visit of Miss DUMBA and her team also served as a source of motivation and inspiration for the students. Seeing someone of her stature and success take an interest in their education and dreams showed them that anything is possible with hard work and determination. The queen’s speech resonated with the students and encouraged them to strive for excellence in their studies.
The partnership between Miss DUMBA, Nambazing Timothy, and Niiri D/A primary school was instrumental in making this visit and donation possible. It is through collaborations like these that communities can come together to support and empower their youth.
