Nigerians Condemns Femi Otedola For Wasting Money On His Daughters | OneMuzikGh
Nigerian businessman, philanthropist, and former chairman of Forte Oil PLC, an importer of fuel products by the name Femi Otedola who became the talk of the day after the news broke out that he purchased Ferrari Portofino for each of his beautiful daughters, Tolani Otedola, Temi otedola, and Florence Otedola aka Dj Cuppy has been chastised by his fellow counterparts.
A post of a Nigerian guy call NsukDropOut was sighted by OneMuzikGh on Twitter registering his displeasure about such a myopic decision taken by the business tycoon.
According to the guy in the topic, the money squandered in buying the cars could have been used for something plausible, especially this hard time that we are battling with the conundrum #Covid19.
He went ahead to say that, on the other hand, such a huge amount of money could have been spent in building hospitals, schools which would have helped the country.
“In a middle of a Pandemic when many people are unemployed and currently struggling to survive? Do you know how many families he can lift out of poverty or how many hospitals, schools would be well equipped with this money. Absolute waste of resources!”
Otedola is also the founder of Zenon Petroleum and Gas Ltd, and the owner of a number of other businesses across shipping, real estate, and finance. He has recently invested in power generation as part of the liberalization of the sector in Nigeria.
