Here is What to Do When NSS Pincodes Are Released

As the anticipation builds for the release of NSS (National Service Scheme) Pincodes for trained teachers, it’s crucial to be prepared for a smooth registration process. This article outlines the necessary steps to take once the pincodes are finally released, ensuring a seamless registration experience.

Step 1: Retrieve Your Pincode

Head to the NSS portal and input your date of birth and index number to retrieve your unique pincode essential for further steps. Access the portal using the link below

Step 2: Activate Your Pincode

Activate your pincode through either MTN MOMO or ADB, following the provided steps and making the necessary payment.

There are two methods to activate your pincode:

  • MTN MOMO Activation: Follow the steps provided by MTN MOMO and make a payment of GH¢41 to complete the activation process.
  • ADB Activation: Visit any ADB branch and make a payment of GH¢40 to activate your pincode.

Step 3: Complete Online Registration

Proceed with the online registration by providing accurate personal information, including a valid email address. Access the registration link provided below and follow the prompts.

Step 4: Create a Personnel Dashboard

After successful registration, create a personal dashboard using your initial pincode as the password. This dashboard will serve as a platform to check postings upon release. Access the dashboard using the link below

Step 5: Await Postings

Stay updated through your personnel dashboard for any notifications regarding postings. The NSS will inform you when postings are available.

Step 6: Regional Verification and Biometric Registration

Upon receiving postings, undergo regional verification and biometric registration as instructed by NSS GHANA. Ensure you have the Ghana Card for registration.
