Upper West Creative (UWeCA) Awards is a Scheme which focuses on recognizing and awarding creativity and excellence in the creative arts industry in the Upper West Region.Unlike most awards schemes that on only one sector of the creative art industry, this scheme’s focus is to identify, recognize and promote individuals or group that stand out in their field of practice.
