Chart-topping Ghanaian rapper, songwriter, and performer B-Wayne has joined the Ghana National Fire Service.
The Ghana Fire Service under the Ghanaian Ministry of the Interior is responsible for preventing and managing undesired fires, thereby reducing loss of lives and property by enforcing fire safety measures in national strategic installations and responding promptly to disasters.
A photo of the talented musician in the safety agency’s uniform which surfaced online on April 14 suggested that he has taken the commitment oath to contribute his quota to the country’s development.
Known outside the music industry as Bismark Sombila, B-Wayne is an Indie artist who runs his record label called “BakanBorke” which can be translated into English as “They Won’t Understand”.
