Plan B Solutions International is a non-profit organization that is aim to empower young people and women with hands-on marketable TVET skills in order to equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in today’s rapidly changing world. Founded in 2021 by Dumba Clovis Cajetan,Plan B Solutions International has been working tirelessly to empower young people and women to have TVET skills for self employment.
The organization’s mission is to help eradicate the high rate of youth unemployment and it’s resultant poverty in Ghana through the acquisition of TVET skills. These programs are designed to provide hands-on training and real-world experience in a variety of fields, including technology, business, etc.
One of the key focuses of Plan B Solution International is on technology training. With the rapid advancement of technology in recent years, it has become increasingly important for young people to have a strong foundation in this area. The organization offers a range of programs in satellite installation, CCTV Installation, and other areas of technology, providing the youth with the skills they need to compete in today’s job market.
In addition to technology training, Plan B Solution International also train the youth on entrepreneurship as they equip the skills. These trainings are designed to teach young people the fundamentals of starting and running a successful business, including marketing, finance, and management. By providing this training, the organization hopes to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Another important area of focus for Plan B Solutions International is the Detergents production. The organization trains young people and women in Liquid soap making, powder soap making,Bar soap making, and other skillful areas like Bio-digester construction, Wallpaper installation, Thick Bleach,providing young people and women with opportunities to develop their skillful talents. By providing these trainings, the organization hopes to empower young people and women to self employment.
One of the most impressive aspects of Plan B Solution International is its commitment to community engagement. The organization works closely with local communities to identify the needs of young people and develop trainings that are tailored to those needs. By working in partnership with local organizations, Plan B Solution International is able to provide training that are truly responsive to the needs of young people and women. The organization has trained over 2000 people across Ghana in TVET skills for self employment.
